Operating at significant scale, the business employs over 20,000 people globally and generates revenues exceeding $10 billion, with a strong reputation for competitive pricing and consistent market dominance.
This position focuses on driving new business across SME customers within the Reading and Bicester region. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in B2B vehicle sales within a structured and high-performing environment. In return, our client offers a progression-focused culture with clear development pathways and a highly competitive commission structure, with multiple top performers achieving earnings of £100,000+ last year. This is a field-based role covering the Berkshire to Oxfordshire area, with Monday to Friday working hours.
Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities across the assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build and maintain relationships with SME clients to drive repeat business
- Work closely with the after sales teams to provide solutions to problems
- Complete regular sales reporting on performance, trends, and customer feedback
- 2+ years car sales or commercial vehicle sales experience
- A proven track record in new business experience
- A background in B2B sales selling lorry, truck, tail lifts, vans or plant equipment is a plus but B2C car sales candidates are encouraged to apply
- Commutable to Reading or Bicester twice per week
- £1,000 Guaranteed commission paid for initial 6 months
