Established over 10 years ago, our client is a market-leading technology business providing a range of interconnected solutions to enhance building security. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team; this position will be focused on leading a team of Account Executives, including mentoring, coaching, and overall driving success across the team.

This is an office-based opportunity for candidates commutable to London on a daily basis.

  • Lead a team of Account Executives, providing training, mentoring and motivation on a daily basis
  • Conduct pipeline reviews & activity reviews with direct reports on a regular basis to support with forecasting
  • Support Account Executives in closing deals & maintaining long-term relationships with clients when required
  • Grow & develop team when required, supporting Account Executives with their progression routes
  • Collaborate with wider leadership team to drive overall commercial success within the business

2+ years sales leadership experience, leading a team of individuals managing the full sales cycle

Software sales leadership experience is essential

Strong track record of sales success; formal sales training (e.g. Sales Manager Package)
