Network Talent partner with some of the most exciting brands across the technology space to build high performing sales teams in the UK, US & EMEA. Founded in February 2021, we have achieved excellent growth since our establishment and are now looking for a Sales Administrator to take us to the next level. The successful applicant will play a key part in our candidate attraction strategy. You will get direct training from the Network Talent Co-Founders, who will personally teach you the theory and best practices that’ll shape you into an excellent sales person. With a definitive career progression plan in place and an industry leading uncapped commission scheme, we are fully invested in ensuring both personal & financial success for our employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source appropriate candidates from across the technology space via channels including LinkedIn, market research and incoming referrals
- Interview and shortlist candidates for various sales vacancies with some of the hottest SaaS companies globally
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
- Build your own personal brand via social media channels
- Write engaging job adverts to attract the right talent
- Educate candidates on vacancies, companies and the market to increase their chances of securing a job
- Take and share interview feedback with candidates
- Build long standing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
