Recruitment Executive – Education

They’re now on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to help power their seasonal, high‑volume hiring push and build the talented teams that make these camps extraordinary. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious candidates to sharpen their recruitment skills, take ownership of impactful projects, and grow within a vibrant, enthusiastic environment where no two days are the same.

This is a hybrid role with 1x day per week in Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

Manage full candidate lifecycle across a high‑volume of seasonal hires
Manage all streams of candidate sourcing from email inquiries, adverts, LinkedIn, and job boards
Screen profiles to assess suitability for each role
Prepare & present job offers to successful candidates
Attend hiring events at jobs fairs & universities
Consistently track hiring trends & provide data on hiring progress to leadership team when required

The Successful Candidate

Professional experience across recruitment, education, childcare or sports coaching is desirable
Graduates with a link to the education / coaching / childcare space will also be considered
Full driving license required
Commutable to Oxfordshire 1x day per week
