The role will focus on building strong customer relationships, driving product availability and distribution, managing trade agreements, and delivering effective visual merchandising. This is a field-based account management opportunity covering Cardiff and Barry, with the successful candidate typically spending four days visiting customers and one day working from home.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across the Cardiff and Barry territory
- Meet KPIs across site visits, product availability, and distribution
- Monitor and collect pricing and distribution data, reporting insights to relevant internal teams
- Implement field merchandising solutions to improve product visibility and availability
- Educate store leaders and teams to increase product knowledge and awareness
- Identify opportunities to improve product placement, distribution, and sales performance
The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months of field sales experience is ideal
- Candidates from FMCG Sales, Retail Sales, B2C Sales, B2B sales are encouraged to apply
