Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their high-performing commercial team. This position is responsible for managing the full sales cycle with construction businesses and generating revenue within the new business team. This is a hybrid or remote opportunity, depending on individual location; for candidates located near the Northeast of England, the Northwest of England, or Milton Keynes there would be the scope to be in office 4x days per week. Outside of these areas, the position would be a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities across the region
  • Manage the full sales cycle with prospective customers across the construction industry
  • Grow existing territory through managing upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver demonstrations & technical insight to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with wider internal teams (such as Marketing & Presales) for success across larger customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both prospective and won accounts

The Successful Candidate

  • 3+ years software sales experience, managing the full sales cycle; experience generating own new business leads is essential
  • Experience selling ConstructionTech or wider software into the construction industry is ideal
  • Experience selling to mid-market businesses across the construction industry is ideal
  • Candidates from across England would be considered; for candidates located near the Northeast of England, the Northwest of England, or Milton Keynes there would be the scope to be in office 4x days per week. Outside of these areas, the position would be a remote opportunity.
