Backed by over £100m in funding and having doubled in size over the past two years, the business is scaling rapidly and looking to add an experienced Account Manager to its growing team.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on building long-term partnerships, driving customer success, protecting recurring revenue and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts within the Public Sector. Fully remote, with occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events and team collaboration days.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Public Sector customers, including Local Authorities and Highway Authorities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across each account
- Understand customer objectives and deliver value that drives retention and long-term success
- Lead account reviews, renewal discussions, and strategic planning sessions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience managing and growing existing accounts within a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience working with Public Sector organisations, particularly Local Authorities or Highway Authorities, is highly desirable
- Proven success managing complex stakeholder groups and commercial conversations
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is advantageous
- Highly organised, commercially driven, and disciplined in CRM and pipeline management
