Our client is a fast-growth, international software organisation providing a range of cloud-based solutions to businesses across the leisure & entertainment space. They are renowned for their software, winning awards annually for their customer-centricity, and are clear market leaders in the space.
After recently raising north of $40M in funding in 2025 ($100M+ funding raised in total), they are now looking for a Regional Sales Director to come onboard, to support their continued growth across the EMEA region. This position is a key role in leading a team of Account Executives and scaling the already-existing SMB function. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days per week in their London office.
Responsibilities
- Develop & implement new business sales strategies for across the region
- Lead & mentor the existing team of Account Executives, as well as growing this team in the longer term
- Support Account Executives in closing deals where necessary
- Partner with wider internal teams (such as Customer Success) to drive long-term customer satisfaction
- Provide sales reporting and data to senior leadership when required
- Identify areas for growth across the region with new industries / verticals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years leadership experience within software / SaaS sales
- Experience managing a team of Account Executives within a fast-growth / scale-up SaaS organisation
- In particular, experience leading a team who are closing a high volume of deals
- Experience scaling software organisations would also be a plus
- Commutable to their London office 3x days per week
Regional Sales Director Package
- Basic salary: £130,000-160,000
- OTE: circa £250,000-270,000 total
