From hands-on cooking sessions to high-energy outdoor challenges, sport-specific coaching and creative craft workshops, their camps give children the chance to learn, explore and thrive. Since launching, they've welcomed thousands of families across more than 25 locations nationwide – building a trusted reputation for fun, safety and exceptional experiences.
They're now on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to help power their seasonal, high-volume hiring push and build the talented teams that make these camps extraordinary. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious candidates to sharpen their recruitment skills, take ownership of impactful projects, and grow within a vibrant, enthusiastic environment where no two days are the same. This is a hybrid role with 1x day per week in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Manage full candidate lifecycle across a high-volume of seasonal hires
- Manage all streams of candidate sourcing from email inquiries, adverts, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Screen profiles to assess suitability for each role
- Prepare & present job offers to successful candidates
- Attend hiring events at jobs fairs & universities
- Consistently track hiring trends & provide data on hiring progress to leadership team when required
The Successful Candidate
- Professional experience across recruitment, education, childcare or sports coaching is desirable
- Graduates with a link to the education / coaching / childcare space will also be considered
- Full driving license required
- Commutable to Oxfordshire 1x day per week
