About Us

We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in identifying, sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for a range of sales positions.
Alongside recruitment responsibilities, the role will involve providing general administrative and operational support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This position offers comprehensive training and a clear pathway to progress into a full 360 recruitment role.
The successful candidate will benefit from structured training, ongoing development and the flexibility to work remotely, with attendance at our Surrey office required once every fortnight.
- Role & Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through Linked In, our CRM database, referrals and other recruitment channels
- Use advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, to identify relevant sales talent
- Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
- Support the growth of the Network Talent brand across social media channels
- Assist the sales team with CRM and database administration
- Ensure candidate and client information is accurately maintained within the CRM
- Produce targeted candidate lists for the sales team when required
- Support the sales team with invoices, customer presentations and emails
- Assist with general administrative tasks across the business
- Help maintain and update the Network Talent website
