The Digital Trade Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the brand's retailer engagement platform, working across sales and marketing to ensure that both brand and business objectives are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the development of the independent trade engagement platform, ensuring general functionality and user experience meets business objectives.
- Own and manage budget for the retailer engagement platform.
- Manage and develop the trade campaign calendar for the platform.
- Work across sales, marketing and IT to ensure retailer and Salesforce issues are resolved efficiently.
- Analyse campaigns and feedback to business stakeholders to make recommendations for future improvements and business change.
- Work closely with global IT teams on backend functionality of retailer engagement platform.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in:
- FMCG in a digital trade marketing, ecommerce or digital user experience role.
- Working cross functionally and bringing teams together to prioritise business objectives.
- Presenting to business stakeholders at all levels.
