With significant international success already achieved, our client is now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition within the construction sector.
Operating with more than £25m in ARR, our client is recognised for delivering a high-quality, long-term solution to its customers, prioritising partnership over transactional sales. Recent recognition through a workplace award further reflects the strength of its culture and leadership.
This is a pivotal opportunity to join ahead of ambitious UK growth plans set for 2026, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping the commercial trajectory of the region. This is a hybrid role for candidates commutable to London 3x per week.
Responsibilities- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across the construction industry
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle with a strategic, consultative approach
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective customers
- Accurately manage pipeline activity to support forecasting and growth plans
- Attend in-person industry events as an ambassador of the company
- Maintain records of customer interactions and deal progressions within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- 2+ years SaaS sales experience
- New business closing experience is essential
- Experience selling Construction Tech is preferable
- Must be commutable to London 3x per week
