They are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 10β12 field sales executives across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
The role has full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from point of hire onwards
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings, offering coaching, advice and support
- Manage the full territory, creating an area plan to drive profit and success across the team of Field Sales Representatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
- Support in maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts across the territory
- Collate & share customer feedback with the wider internal team to drive improvements across the organisation
The Successful Candidate
- Experience leading a B2B field sales team
- FMCG sales management experience
- Experience of managing customers in the retail, convenience or grocery channel is a plus
- Full UK driving license β no more than 6 points
- Commutable to Liverpool & surrounding areas
Package
- Basic salary: up to Β£60,000
- OTE: 20%
- Company car allowance: Β£7,500
