They are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 10–12 field sales executives across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. The role has full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead & mentor a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings, offering coaching, advice and support
- Manage the full territory, creating an area plan to drive profit and success across the team of Field Sales Representatives
- Support in maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts across the territory
Experience leading a B2B field sales team
FMCG sales management experience
Experience of managing customers in the retail, convenience or grocery channel is a plus
Full UK driving license – no more than 6 points
