The Account Manager position is a critical role in managing long-term relationships with existing clients – ensuring that each client is getting as much out of the software as possible. This organization has a strong focus on employee development & progression; this is a hybrid opportunity for candidates commutable to Liverpool.
- Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts across the construction industry
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, driving growth across the accounts
- Develop & manage strategies for the accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses
- Drive product adoption, providing additional product training where necessary
- Provide technical support to the accounts, escalating further when needed
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records of activity
12+ months account management experience in the SaaS / software space is required. Experience in the ConstructionTech space or selling other software into the construction industry is a plus but not essential.
