The Graduate Account Manager position is a critical role in managing long-term relationships with existing clients – ensuring that each client is getting as much out of the software as possible. This organization has a strong focus on employee development and progression; successful candidates can expect a supportive and collaborative environment, surrounded by industry-leading professionals. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates commutable to Liverpool.
Responsibilities- Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts across the construction industry
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving growth across the accounts
- Develop and manage strategies for the accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses
- Conduct regular business reviews across the portfolio
- Drive product adoption, providing additional product training where necessary
- Provide technical support to the accounts, escalating further when needed
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records of activity
- Attend industry events and trade shows when necessary
- A recent graduate - a range of degrees/study fields will be considered
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in software sales
- Experience in a previous customer-facing position would also be a plus
- Commutable to Liverpool several days per week
- Basic salary: £30,000 OTE: +£10,000
