Our client is an award-winning, global-leading outsourced marketing company with a turnover north of £50 million. They are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for managing an existing base of independent pharmacies across the Southeast of England, ensuring that you're building strong relationships, upselling new products where necessary and increasing distribution of their leading brands, which include Oral B, Nivea & Gillette. Responsibilities
- Managing a set of existing independent pharmacy accounts, increasing distribution of brands as well as upselling products, providing merchandising support and completing product training with staff members
- Create & execute an efficient journey plan, maximizing KPI efforts
- Complete all administrative tasks & CRM management as required, recording all field-based activity and client touch points
- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external teams
- Identify areas of potential new business within territory
The Successful Candidate
- 12 months + Field Sales / Territory Management experience
- Previous merchandising experience is ideal
- Food & Beverage candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with independent retailers is a plus
- A link to pharmacy is a plus

- Basic salary: £30,000 + 10% bonus
