Enterprise Account Manager – HospitalityTech
Our client is a leading HospitalityTech business providing SaaS-based solutions to a range of independent and larger-group businesses across the hospitality and retail sectors. Their clients include the likes of Burger King, Five Guys, Hilton and Nobu, and they are currently working towards some exciting growth targets over the upcoming years.
They are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage two of their global-level, enterprise accounts; these accounts are currently high-spenders for the organisation but have great potential for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with build & grow these accounts, driving revenue for the organisation as a whole.
This organisation has a great culture of supporting growth & development, with a focus of promoting & progression from within.
This is a remote opportunity, but successful candidates can expect quarterly travel with clients.
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across designated accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for the organisation
- Drive revenue growth within the accounts by identifying upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Develop strategic account plans to ensure that clients’ needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for the accounts
- Take on customer feedback and deliver to relevant teams to ensure for improved service
- Provide regular reporting to sales leadership team
- Proactively identify potential threats & develop strategies for resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years account management experience within the SaaS space
- Experience with HospitalityTech is ideal
- Candidates who have sold software into the hospitality industry are also encouraged to apply
- Based in the UK
Enterprise Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: £70,000-90,000
- OTE: +£50,000-60,000
- Travel expenses covered
