Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities while nurturing and developing an established customer base. Our client is currently looking to hire 2x Territory Sales Managers - 1x covering the South of England, and 1x covering the Midlands & Northeast of England. Both roles are hybrid opportunities, consisting of field-based working and working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective new customers across the territory, including businesses across manufacturing, defense, universities, research institutions, aerospace and more
  • Manage the full sales cycle with prospective clients
  • Maintain a portfolio of existing customer accounts through regular in-person meetings
  • Deliver technical presentations & demonstrations with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose appropriate customer solutions
  • Represent the organisation at industry events & exhibitions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities
The Successful Candidate
  • Experience selling capital equipment to a range of industries will be considered (including manufacturing, aerospace, research and more)
  • B2B technical sales experience is ideal – preferably within materials testing or an engineering-related technology field
  • A degree in engineering, physical sciences or a related discipline would be a plus
  • Based in either the South of England or Midlands or Northeast of England (2x positions available)
Territory Sales Manager Package
  • Basic salary: up to £48,000
  • OTE: £70,000 total package (uncapped)
