Our client is a fast-growing global leader in marketing automation, empowering more than 40,000 businesses worldwide with best-in-class MarTech solutions. Following another strong year of growth, they are continuing to scale their Customer Success function and are seeking top talent to help shape the next phase of their journey.

They are now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of established UK accounts. In this high-impact role, you will be at the heart of the customer lifecycle - leading seamless onboarding experiences, building long-term strategic relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving retention across a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded CSM who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and wants to make a tangible impact. This is a remote opportunity, with monthly meetings in their London-based office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships with each account & acting as a trusted advisor to the account
  • Own the renewals process & upsell opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each customer’s strategic goals, ensuring they are getting as much out of the platform as possible
  • Providing initial training plus longer-term training when required
  • Escalate technical issues where required
  • Regularly monitor the health of each account, proactively identifying & addressing any potential issues ahead of renewals
The Successful Candidate
  • 3+ years customer success experience in the software space
  • MarTech background is ideal but candidates from related sectors are also encouraged to apply
