They are now looking for a Medical Sales Consultant to join the team with a focus on selling their products to a range of pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses; this role is a combination of seeking new business and managing a portfolio of existing accounts (including the likes of Pfizer, GSK and AstraZeneca). Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector
  • Manage the full sales cycle with prospective clients
  • Maintain an existing customer portfolio, as well as the clients won through new business efforts
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose appropriate customer solutions
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and exhibitions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities

The Successful Candidate

  • Experience selling capital equipment or medical devices to the pharmaceutical or healthcare space (working with clients such as Pfizer, GSK and AstraZeneca)
  • B2B technical sales experience is ideal
  • A degree in engineering, physical sciences or a related discipline would be a plus
  • Based in the UK

Medical Sales Consultant Package

  • Basic salary: up to £60,000
  • OTE: £80,000-90,000 total package (uncapped)
