As Customer Success Manager, this role centres on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. With a focus on delivering tailored onboarding and strategic support, the position plays a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering growth.
This is a hybrid opportunity with 4 days per week in their London office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences to new clients, ensuring effective adoption of the platform
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the southern UK
- Conduct post-sale feedback sessions to identify opportunities for growth
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer value and drive retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, insights, and best practices
The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months experience in Customer Success Manager role
- Background in SaaS sales is preferable
- A connection to the construction or property industry would be a plus
- Commutable to London office 4 days per week
