Sales Development Representative β SaaS Our client is a fast-growth HR Tech organisation, allowing for key HR processes to be automated & time saved for a HR Teams, Finance Teams and IT Teams. With a big focus on providing customer-centric technology, they have won multiple awards year-on-year and are on a great trajectory for long-term success. They are now looking for an additional Sales Development Representative to join their team; this is a key role in their new business function and is a high-activity position in generating sales leads for the organisation. Successful candidates can expect high-energy, fast-paced environment; this organisation is backed by multiple investors who have played a hand in the success of many globally-successful software organisations and they are not looking to slow down yet. This is a hybrid opportunity with several days per week in their London office. Responsibilities Identify & prospect potential clients across multiple verticals, with a focus on technology, financial services and professional services Build a long-term pipeline & list of target accounts Assess customer & product fit whilst building meaningful relationships Collaborate closely with the wider sales team, booking prospective client meetings with Account Executives & senior members of the sales team Maintain strong knowledge of the product & benefits provided to customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities The Successful Candidate 6 months new business lead generation experience New business experience within the SaaS space is essential Experience doing high-activity new business Commutable to their London office several days per week Sales Development Representative Package Basic salary: Β£40,000-45,000 OTE: Β£15,000 Stock options Company laptop & mobile phone provided Private healthcare options L&D budget Pension options 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
