Business Development Representative – SaaS Established over 10 years ago, our client is a leading provider of software into the health & social care space, working with over 35,000 users on a daily basis. They are having huge success because the government are determined for all care homes to go digital within the next couple of years. Not only this, but they have raised a significant amount of Private Equity funding and are now on a huge growth trajectory. As such, they are looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive their new business efforts across both outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads where necessary. This company has a fantastic commitment to employee development & progression through to leadership roles; the Business Development Representative opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the industry & are driven to become an expert in the space. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the UK. Responsibilities Identifying & prospecting leads through a range of outbound calls, emails and networking Manage inbound leads where necessary Generate long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients Support wider sales team by managing a set of schedules and booking meetings/appointments on a regular basis Effective use of CRM systems and data management Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity Collaborate & liaise with other internal teams including key accounts and marketing Attend industry events where necessary The Successful Candidate 1+ year SaaS sales experience is essential Confident with outbound prospecting through a variety of cold-calling, emailing and wider networking Experience managing CRM systems effectively Previous link to care sector or care homes is ideal Based in the UK Sales Development Representative Package Basic Salary: £30,000-33,000 OTE: +£10,000 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday day off Private medical cover Dental & optical cover Pension contributions Access to Employee Assistance Programme Life Assurance Access to a benefits portal
