Driven by sustained growth year after year, they are now seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to help accelerate their next phase of expansion. This role blends the excitement of winning new business with the responsibility of nurturing and growing an established portfolio of accounts across the Southwest of England. It’s a dynamic, hybrid position combining home working with occasional face-to-face client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts across the designated territory, driving revenue growth within each account.
  • Grow account base across the region by identifying and prospecting opportunities for new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with prospective accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with all key stakeholders across both prospective and existing accounts, gaining a full understanding of their business needs.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients across the territory.
The Successful Candidate
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling a product/services/software solution to the public sector is ideal.
  • Experience selling into the NHS, local authorities, governments, local councils, housing associations or education is ideal.
  • Based in the Southwest of England.
Business Development Manager Package
  • Basic salary: up to £59,000.
  • OTE: circa +£20,000 (uncapped).
  • Guaranteed commission for first three months of joining the business.
  • Company car.
