Our client is an award-winning global provider of business intelligence within the professional services sector. With more than three decades in the market, a portfolio of 4,000+ clients, and a global team of over 300 employees, they remain a highly established and trusted partner in their field.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the London team, taking responsibility for driving new client acquisition through a consultative and structured sales approach. This position plays an important role in expanding the organisation’s presence across international markets while contributing to continued commercial growth.

This opportunity offers scope for strong professional development, supported by experienced leadership. A defined progression pathway is already in place, and with a global footprint, there is long‑term potential for international exposure and advancement. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the London office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly research and understand the needs of prospective businesses
  • Negotiate & manage multi‑stakeholder sales with global clients
  • Work closely with internal Marketing & Content teams
  • Occasional travel to client meetings, events & conferences
  • Provide prospects with proposals & product demonstrations
  • Log sales pipeline forecasting & monthly reports
  • Build a strong working knowledge of the business intelligence space
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
The Successful Candidate:
  • 3+ years B2B new business sales experience
  • Experience of running the full sales cycle (closing sales)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Commutable to London 3 days per week
