Our client is a globally recognised, award-winning organisation operating at the forefront of digital education and workforce transformation. With a strong international presence and partnerships across enterprise and public sector organisations, they are a market leader in delivering cutting-edge, tech-enabled training solutions in data, technology, finance and procurement.
Due to continued growth across their tech-focused division, they are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team & play a key role in maintaining existing customer relationships. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to attend the London office twice per week, alongside occasional travel to industry events and team meet-ups.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients
- Provide advice & support to clients on apprenticeships and professional training, in-line with client needs & long-term plans
- Support clients on any reskilling initiatives
- Attend networking events when necessary
- Gather client feedback & deliver to relevant teams to help drive long-term customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
- Act as an ambassador of the brand and driving growth across existing accounts whilst fostering client success
- 2+ years B2B account management experience
- A link to the apprenticeship or professional training space is ideal but not essential
- Wider experience within the education or recruitment space would also be a plus
- Commutable to London twice per week
- Basic salary: £37,000-52,000
- OTE: +£15,000 (uncapped)
- Hybrid role, - 2x days per week in their London office
- Clear progression pathway into senior sales or account management roles
