Base pay range
Our client is a global MedTech platform that leverages AI to quickly & efficiently assess patients in a range of clinical settings, care homes & hospitals. They have won multiple awards & experienced high levels of growth over recent years and, as such, are looking for an Application Support Technician to join their UK team.
Working closely with a range of clients and internal staff, the Application Support Technician will be responsible for delivering IT support and ongoing maintenance, whilst providing first-class customer service.
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to new & existing customers, both in-person and virtually
- Ensure customer service standards are met with every case
- Work closely with internal teams (Quality Assurance and Development) to resolve service issues
- Provide insight into creation, review and improvements of system documentation and client training
- Assist in testing new versions of the product and provide insight into improvements
- Support internal staff with technical assistance
- Ongoing IT system maintenance & health checks
The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years experience in a role providing technical support to clients would be ideal
- Experience supporting users in the healthcare industry would be a plus
- Experience deploying and managing applications through Apple & Google Play stores is also ideal
- Based in the UK
