Account Manager – Professional Services – Manchester
Established over 35 years ago, our client is a market‑leading financial services & software company working with clients across the staffing & recruitment sector. They are looking for an Account Manager to maintain relationships & grow a set of existing accounts.

This is an office‑based position for candidates commutable to Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Manage & nurture a set of existing client accounts, creating long‑term partnerships & developing existing relationships
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing account base
- Collaborate with internal teams regularly to develop long‑term account success
- Act as a main point of contact for the account base, proactively addressing their needs
- Address & resolve any account queries in a timely manner
- Attend regular face‑to‑face meetings with clients
The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years B2B sales experience within the professional services / HR services space
- Experience within umbrella services or recruitment would be ideal
- Experience selling into recruitment / staffing agencies would also be a plus
- Commutable to Manchester daily
