Account Manager – London
Established over 35 years ago, our client is a market-leading financial services & software company working with clients across the staffing & recruitment sector. They are looking for an Account Manager to maintain relationships & grow a set of existing accounts.
They are a multi-award-winning business with a fantastic company culture; they have recently been accredited as a ‘Great Place to Work’ and offer a fantastic career path with many opportunities for progression & development. Successful candidates with also have the opportunity to attend events & meetings with clients, alongside regular team socials & activities.
This is a hybrid position, working from their London office / meeting with London-based clients three times per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage & nurture a set of existing client accounts, creating long-term partnerships & existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams regularly to develop long-term account success
- Act as a main point of contact for account base, proactively addressing their needs
- Address & resolve any account queries in a timely manner
- Attend regular face-to-face meetings with clients
The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B field sales role
- Strong face-to-face relationship builder
- Experience working in umbrella services, professional services or recruitment is ideal
- Candidates with other B2B sales / account management experience would also be considered
- Commutable to London three times per week
Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: £35,000
- OTE: +£15,000-20,000
