About the role

Reporting to the Property Director, you'll be one of the main points of contact for our tenants — managing everything from repairs and maintenance to service charge budgets, compliance and lease administration. You'll build strong relationships with tenants and contractors, keep our sites running smoothly, and help us deliver high-quality, future-ready industrial space.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of industrial properties, including repairs, maintenance and service contracts
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets, expenditure and reconciliations
  • Carrying out regular site and health & safety inspections, keeping accurate compliance records
  • Managing tenant relationships, lease administration, occupancy and rent collection
  • Coordinating with contractors, solicitors, accountants and asset managers to keep everything on track
  • Supporting acquisitions and disposals, and managing business rates mitigation on vacant units

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in property or facilities management, ideally within commercial or industrial real estate
  • A good understanding of property finance, service charges and lease administration
  • Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards relevant to industrial property
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with tenants, contractors, colleagues and capital partners
  • Comfortable using Office 365 and property management/business IT systems
  • RICS qualification (or working towards) preferred
  • A full UK driving licence, as travel between sites is required
