Are you a medical device sales executive looking for a role that challenges you further? Would joining a market leader in medical devices appeal to you? I am currently looking for a sales specialist to look after a region encompassing Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Suffolk and Norfolk.

Role summary

This is an exciting role, focused on nurturing and developing sales within a theatre based environment. This will be achieved through:

  • Identifying, developing and providing an excellent service to all customers (including theatre managers, consultants and matrons).
  • Introducing the agreed promoted products to the appropriate customer base.
  • Providing high quality training, service, and therapy knowledge on product ranges to all customers.
  • Developing strong relationships with Key Customers.
  • Maximising efficiency and productivity, particularly to optimise customer-facing activities within the designated territory.
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline.
  • Utilising Salesforce to keep accurate business and call records.
  • Liaising with company colleagues regarding contacts and business opportunities.
  • Providing critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes.
  • Keeping abreast of developments and trends within the market place.

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree level in Business or Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record in the medical device market.
  • Experience of selling into a theatre based environment.
  • Proven record of achieving growth.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Competitive starting salary + bonus.
