About the Company: We are working with a well-established, highly regarded UK-based distributor of surgical and medical devices. The company is recognised for its exceptional product portfolio, clinical credibility, and commitment to delivering outstanding service to healthcare professionals across both NHS and private hospital networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing hospital accounts across the Yorkshire and North East territory.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand market share.
- Support and organise in-theatre product trials, demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Keep up to date with surgical innovations, product developments, and competitor activity.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in medical or healthcare sales, ideally within the surgical device market.
- Experience engaging with operating theatre staff and clinical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Degree in a science-related subject or previous clinical experience.
