Are you immediately available and looking to gain some experience in a Scientific Environment? Do you have some prior lab experience? A leading and successful provider of analytical testing is seeking a Lab Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for around 2 months. The lab provides veterinary testing services and this role would be ideal if you have some prior exposure to working in a pathology, medical or similar lab.
Role Overview
- Assistive duties to support the microbiology lab.
- Sample receipt and preparation including plating and staining.
Temporary, Full-time
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-5.
- £12.71ph
- Start Date ASAP, ideally w/c 10/08/26
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a Pathology Lab or as an MLA.
- Graduates of a relevant discipline without relevant working experience will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to begin immediately on site near Tarporley, Cheshire.
