Are you an experienced warehouse operative looking for a role with opportunities to progress and develop new skills, within a successful scientific organisation?
A leading and successful provider of analytical testing are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their Environmental Science Lab near Derby.
Ideal for candidates with some prior warehouse experience who are immediately available and would like a role offering progression opportunities Must have a full UK driving license.
Role Overview
- Loading and unloading company vehicles for transport.
- Packing goods according to the specific requirements of each job. Occasional handling of chemicals may be required.
- Processing and dispatching shipments using LIMS and courier software systems.
- Future opportunity to develop laboratory-based skills and gain exposure to testing methods.
- May be required to drive company vehicle to other company sites (very occasional responsibility).
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated with the desire to learn and progress.
- Experience working in a warehouse/ production/ manufacturing environment, lab or similar relevant fast paced facility is highly beneficial.
- Must be available to begin immediately in Burton on Trent.
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
