Are you an experienced hospital sales person looking for a role that challenges you further? Would joining a market leader in medical devices appeal to you? I am currently looking for a sales specialist to look after a high performing region in the North East; focusing on the Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Carlisle and Middlesborough.
This is an exciting new and growth instigated Sales Specialist role, focused on nurturing and developing sales within a theatre based environment. This will be achieved through:
- Identifying, developing and providing an excellent service to all customers.
- Introducing the agreed promoted products to the appropriate customer base.
- Providing high quality training, service, and therapy knowledge on product ranges to all customers.
- Developing strong relationships with Key Customers.
- Maximising efficiency and productivity, particularly to optimise customer-facing activities within the designated territory.
- Planning and prioritising sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline.
- Utilising Salesforce to keep accurate business and call records.
- Liaising with company colleagues regarding contacts and business opportunities.
- Providing critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes.
- Keeping abreast of developments and trends within the market place.
Skills and experience required:
- Degree level in Business or Life Sciences.
- Proven track record in the medical device market.
- Ideally, experience of selling into a theatre based environment.
- Proven record of achieving growth.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
