Sales Manager Healthcare UK Market With over 30 years’ experience, this company is a world leading manufacturer of products sold in the Medical, Laboratory and Automotive sectors, amongst others. The business started their journey with a focus on blood and IV solutions and have developed today to manufacture a wide range of products across the Life Science and Healthcare sector. The company is now looking for a new Sales Professional to help them continue their already successful UK sales. Your main responsibilities will be to: Develop and implement a customer account plan to achieve orders, revenue and margin projections. Identify and establish new business with local manufacturer and Hospital Market. Drive sales of new products and applications. Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customers Develop and implement the commercial strategy. Understanding customer preferences and anticipating needs/trends. Provide business analysis including data trends and customer retention To be considered for this role you will have: A relevant degree within engineering, science or business field At least 2-3 years B2B Sales experience Knowledge of the Healthcare industry, specifically the NHS sales process and Procurement Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Skills in teamwork and in an organizational context The ability to deal with tasks and projects of different complexity at the same time A result-oriented, work experience in B2B and B2C environments Autonomy and entrepreneurship This is a national role so applicants must be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time On offer for this exciting opportunity is: Up to £50k basic DOE 30% bonus Company car or car allowance A great culture that offers development opportunities The chance to make a difference and have your ideas heard.
