Based in offices at the heart of the beautiful Harrogate town centre (and/or from home), we are looking to grow our team with the addition of a like-minded consultant capable of working with us to drive the expansion of our Temporary and Technical Division.
What our recruiters do…
- Identify candidates for jobs using our in-house database, job-boards, social media platforms, attending industry events and networks
- Generate new business opportunities to build client portfolio using various means; telesales, marketing, social media, attending networking events
- Engage and consult with candidates to knowledgably assess their suitability for specific careers, opportunities and companies
- Arrange and manage interviews, handling job offers and package negotiations
- Service existing accounts to fill permanent, temporary, contract and executive jobs
Our consultants come from a range of different backgrounds and, as such, we are open to candidates from any background or discipline. You must have prior experience working within a recruitment agency within a 360 position. Prior experience with Temporary recruitment is highly beneficial. Although you don’t need to have recruited for the scientific sector before, an interest in Science in essential.
