Are you looking for a role with a leading global Pharmaceutical Company? Are you a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering Graduate or Experienced Chemical/Pharmaceutical Production operator looking for an opportunity with great benefits?
A Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer are seeking Production Operators to join the team at their site in Kirklees. The role will predominantly involve the manufacture of APIs and intermediates for pharmaceutical products in line with cGMP standards. This would be an ideal role for a Graduate of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering looking to get started in the pharmaceutical industry, or for an experienced operator looking for a change.
Role Overview
- Production of APIs/Intermediates in accordance with SOPs
- Sampling of products and participation in Root Cause investigations in line with QC Procedures.
- Maintain high standards in relation to safety and complete all work in line with cGMP
- Shift Patterns of 12 hour shifts including days/nights/weekends. 4 on 4 off.
Requirements
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline ( Chemistry or Chemical Engineering) OR equivalent experience in a similar chemical or pharmaceutical environment..
- Some previous experience in cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment/ experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts including days/nights/weekends.
In return
You will receive a highly competitive salary commensurate with experience in the region of Β£33-37k inclusive of shift allowance. You will also be entitled to a generous benefits package including bonus, private medical insurance, income protection and Gym Membership.
