National Sales Manager Dental £70k-£80k basic + bonus + car/allowance Remote with UK travel A well recognized and established manufacturer of dental products that has been established for over 50 years. With a strong family focused culture and lots of ambition they are now looking to add a National Sales Manager to the UK business. Your main responsibilities will include: Working to achieve company and team revenue and profit budgets Manage sales budgets, lead a regional sales team and work alongside the Customer Services team Set specific goals and targets regarding their accounts or regions Create sales plans using market data, statistics and trends Travel throughout the UK and Ireland to manage and support the sales team, customers, clients, roadshows conferences and exhibitions. Manage Top 20% of the UK customer base Build strong, long term business relationships Support marketing team Support the Directors to improve existing sales processes, introduce new ideas and raise standards of customer care.
