We are seeking a Specialist / Business Development Manager with strong market knowledge to continue growth within our portfolio of arthroplasty and revision related products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote all products within the nominated UK territory as agreed
- Focus on strategic growth targets and enhance market presence
- Assist territory sales team with strategic insights into key accounts
- Attend surgeries and support theatre and hospital staff as required
- Maintain adequate records of account or potential account contact history
- Coordinate with area manager on cases needing clinical support
- Work closely with clinical support specialist on postāsales requirements
- Collaborate with Customer Services on hospital requirements for shortāterm consignments and installation/management of accounts with longāterm consignment
- Keep the company informed of customer feedback, postāmarketing surveillance, and relevant market information
Person Specification
- Well presented and able to build effective relationships
Skills and Experience
- Excellent track record in orthopaedic theatre sales and support in the medical device sector
- Demonstrable overāachievement of targets
- Managed own territory
- Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)
- Orthopaedic experience
Education and Qualifications
- Degree or medical qualification
