Are you keen on working in both the hospital and community healthcare setting? We are working with a globally renowned manufacturer of bladder and bowel maintenance products and are currently looking for an account manager based in the South East and South London region. (ideal locations: Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex or South London)
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets
- Working closely with the Clinical team and Commercial Manager to establish product usage across the region.
- Representing the company at regional consumer events
- Supporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of pathways for patients to access the services through the DAC
- Having excellent standards in territory / journey and business preparation and planning
- Learning and then understanding the selling process
- Developing a thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS.
- Assisting colleagues when needed for example with training, formulary or discharge policy rollout etc.
- Supporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance
- Working closely with your regional colleagues to support the delivery of key projects both nationally and regionally
- Building excellent customer relationships and sell the product and service to NHS and private healthcare customers
Experienced Required
- At least 2 years Experience in a sales role
- Dynamic and driven
- Desire to work in a target driven environment
- Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder
- Highly self-motivated and tenacious and must be able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment
- Be able to operate independently, and also work within a team
Desirable, but not essential
- Clinical background
- Continence market and competition knowledge is useful
- Experience in a medical device sales role with a successful track record
- Commercial/business acumen
