Are you experienced within strategic partnerships? Do you have experience of commercial development within a medical devices arena? We have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to enhance the presence of a very well known brand within the acute and community setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementation of Value Propositions with senior customers within the NHS in both the acute and community sector.
- Customers include key opinion leaders, lead local pathways, procurement, service/contracts leads, medicines managers and those who are responsible for budgets and decision making at ICS, PCN and local levels.
- Utilise sales and market data to produce business plans which identify opportunities and map out plans to support growth for our bladder and bowel products and services across the region.
- Review monthly market data and NHS landscape information to ensure that decision making and execution is agile and proactive.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Business Managers, Account Managers and Clinical Managers to secure new Service Level Agreements and Partnership agreements with organisations of strategic importance.
- Ensure knowledge of the changing NHS landscape remains current and support regional colleagues with updates and training where required.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage new and existing Centralised Prescribing Services.
- Develop local and national KOLs.
Experience Required:
- Demonstrable track record of repeatedly meeting and exceeding targets in an NHS Commercial Manager/ NHS Partnership Manager role.
- Experience of engaging with and effectively selling to ICB Medicines Managers, PCN Leads and Hospital based Procurement Leads.
- Experience of delivering budget impact models and value propositions.
- High level understanding of the NHS landscape and the ability to support others learning where necessary.
