My client is a reputable and well-established organisation who prides themselves on advancing digestive health and introducing innovation into the medical devices marketplace. They are looking for someone to fulfil an immediate, 9 - 12 month fixed term contract to cover the Southern regions of England.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Performing product demonstrations to clinicians and patients, and gathering their feedback.
  • Facilitating training sessions with hospital sites, providing patient support, and assisting with product installation.
  • Scheduling training sessions and attending multi-disciplinary team meetings as required.
  • Providing a responsive and caring customer service that focuses on clear communication, problem solving, and empathy.
  • Involved in the onboarding of new hospitals and patients.
  • Developing and implementing training materials for clinicians and nurses.
  • Regular travel within the South England region.

About you:

  • Experience within the medical devices marketplace and in-depth knowledge of the current landscape.
  • Experience with public speaking and providing education to a range of disciplines.
  • Familiar and comfortable with technology.
  • Confident socially.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
