The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are currently working with an innovative and unique orthopaedic based organisation, focused on arthroplasty and revision related products. They are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy which will allow development to those joining now.

This role will be focused on regional growth within the assigned territory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These will include the following listed below and other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business:

  • Promote all products within the nominated UK territory as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Attend surgery and support both theatre and hospital staff as required
  • Provide a weekly visit report on accounts visited
  • Maintain adequate records of account or potential account contact history
  • Coordinate with the area manager the cases that need the clinical support
  • Work closely with the clinical support specialist on any post sales requirements
  • Work with the Customer Services Department on hospital requirements for short term consignments and the installation/management of accounts with long term consignment
  • Keep the Company informed of customer feedback, specifically in the field of post marketing surveillance and any other relevant market information

Personal attributes/competencies:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Well presented
  • Able to build effective relationships

Skills and experience:

  • Essential: Excellent track record in orthopaedic theatre sales and support in medical device sector
  • Demonstrable over-achievement of targets
  • Managed own territory
  • Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)
  • Desirable: Orthopaedic experience

Education and qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • Desirable: Degree or Medical qualification
