The Role

As Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical training, education, and business development support across your territory. You'll act as a trusted expert for both existing and potential clients, delivering product demonstrations, addressing clinical queries, and identifying new commercial opportunities. Working closely with internal teams and Key Opinion Leaders, you'll play an integral part in expanding the reach of innovative respiratory and sleep technologies that make a real difference to patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and train medical staff and key stakeholders on the company's technology and clinical applications.
  • Provide technical and clinical support to existing accounts and respond to clinical queries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the respiratory and sleep fields.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth across the North UK region.
  • Support product adoption through workshops, demonstrations, and clinical education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer excellence and ensure territory success.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical or technical support role, ideally within sleep, respiratory, or ventilation.
  • Strong clinical understanding and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence within healthcare environments.
  • Background in nursing, physiology, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and presentation skills.
  • Self‐motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
