About the company

If you are looking to work with an organisation who is selling interesting, unique, gold standard products into the head, neck and MaxFax sector, then I may have a role that suits you. I am recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, based across the West Midlands and Trent regions, who can join a well established but growing organisation.

Duties include:

  • Living within the territory, covering account management and growth development
  • Supporting surgeons during cases approximately twice a week
  • Getting involved in training days and exhibitions
  • Understanding clinicians needs and recognising requirements and needs
  • All relevant tender submissions and administration
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders, from ENT specialists, to Maxfax consultants, anaesthetists to critical care teams.

Your background:

  • Comfortable working within a theatre / surgical based environment
  • Based on territory, with good access to road networks
  • Self‑motivated
  • Desire and willingness to have a broad range of responsibilities and be trusted to perform autonomously
  • Clinically confident - confident discussing clinical issues and solutions
