Are you immediately available and looking for a Project Management role with an innovative Biotech Company? Do you have prior experience in Project Management, operations or a similar role in life sciences? We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a Biotech company in Oxford. You will partner with and support the COO to deliver key operational projects. This is an ideal role if you have prior experience in Project Management/Operations within a Biotech Start up or the life science sector, and you are immediately available for a new challenge.
Role Overview
- £26-£31ph DOE.
- Initially Temporary (3-6 months), Full Time (37.5 per week, Mon-Fri).
- Start Date ASAP.
- Work directly with the COO to provide project and operational support – planning, coordinating and executing key projects.
- Work collaboratively with internal project teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and maintain project timelines.
- Support the preparation of relevant documentation including reports, and executive communications.
- Including summary and preparation/presentation of material for the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
- BSc Degree or equivalent, ideally in a relevant scientific subject.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar Project Management or Operational role, ideally within a small biotech (or similar) organisation.
- Excellent organisational, time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience of presenting to senior leadership/c-suite is highly beneficial.
- Must be Available to begin immediately in Oxford (OX4).
