The Role As Business Development Manager, your core responsibility will be driving growth in the dental sector across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. You’ll focus on building and strengthening distributor partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering innovative solutions to dental professionals. While dental is the priority, you’ll also identify opportunities in adjacent sectors such as veterinary, pharmacy, primary care, and aged care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth in the dental distributor market
  • Build, manage, and support dental distributor networks with structured business plans and performance reviews
  • Deliver sales and profit targets through effective commercial execution
  • Train and coach distributors to drive product adoption, conversion, and long-term growth
