A leading and successful provider of analytical testing and Environmental services are currently seeking multiple Laboratory Analysts to join the team in their environmental testing Lab in Didcot, Oxfordshire, on a temp to perm basis. Ideal for Graduates of Chemistry, with some industrial lab experience from a placement year or previous role. Due to the urgency of the role you must be immediately available to begin.
Role OverviewReceipt and Analysis of Samples using a range of Analytical Techniques. Ensure all work is conducted in line with relevant regulations and standards such as UKAS ISO17025, GLP. Temporary to permanent, Full-time role Monday-Friday. 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8:30am -5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm) £13.70ph
Requirements- A Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is highly beneficial but not essential, if you have equivalent working experience in a lab.
- Some prior experience working in a lab based role, such as from a placement year, is essential.
- Experience in a fast paced production line environment highly beneficial.
- Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be immediately available to begin and based a commutable distance from site in Didcot.
