With a focus on land acquisitions, disposals and providing professional property advice to internal clients on major national and regional infrastructure projects.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical support to a team of Chartered Surveyors working across the Region.
This role will also allow you to develop your practical knowledge and understanding of general practice surveying and work towards Chartered status (should you want to). The type of work will include helping with:
- Co-ordinating and organising the team
- Land acquisitions & disposals
- Negotiation of leases/easements/restrictive covenants
- Negotiation of permanent & temporary rights of way
What you'll be doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Provide administrative and technical support to the team of Chartered Surveyors
- Contribute to the delivery a range of Property Services including acquisitions & disposals; leases and other Landlord/Tenant matters
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient and effective delivery of our client remit.
- Support the development and implementation of a safe working environment.

- Support the Stations Portfolio Team in delivering Integrated Station Plans (ISPs) through effective involvement in Local Delivery Groups (LDGs).
- Build positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Assist in delivering high-quality estate management activities that help maintain asset value and condition across the station portfolio.
- Support the management of customer queries, issues, and credit control activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Contribute to the effective management of the stations portfolio, ensuring activities align with professional standards and industry best practice.

- Educated to A level or equivalent.

- Training for TechRICS qualification
